6.2 Service (After Sales Service)
Installation service must only be pursuant to the standard terms of Brain Thai Enterprise Co.,Ltd. with the standard and service fee appeared in the notification for each types of service.
7.1 Delivery Service
- Brain Thai will deliver products to the customer after the payment is confirmed
- Delivery will be performed according to order number. Items purchased under the same order number may be shipped separately according to volume, special order or unavailable of merchandise.
- The product will be delivered to the address which is specified in the address for delivering the product only and the delivering address cannot be amended after the confirmation of delivery.
- Reserve the rights to not deliver the product to a P.O.box, the product shall be delivered only to the address clearly specified.
- Delivery time period may be changed. In case of some product, which must be have volume, special order or unavailable in the warehouse.
- In case that the product is still not yet received in according to shipping condition after the Company confirmed the dispatched of the product, please call to notify Call Center immediately.
- Inspection of product, please inspect the product immediately upon the receipt of product for your own benefit. In case of any error, please notify to Call Center immediately.
7.2 Delivery Fee
Delivery fee will be charged following shipping & delivery condition
Remark:
- Delivery Service throughout the Kingdom of Thailand to the receiver during 8.00 am. - 05.00 pm. Monday to Saturday
- In case the customer is not present to receive the product and no person to collect the product without requesting of postponement 1 day in advance within 03.00 pm., the customer shall pay additional delivery fee at 200 baht per time
- Brain Thai reserve rights to change without prior notice.
1. Customer is able to refuse to accept such product if the problem is found such as wrong model, color, unfulfilled amount, etc.;
2. Customer must firstly notify the problem of claim-return of the product in every case at mrken-fan.com Call Center 02-726-6505-6
3. Incomplete product due to the product itself or the installation by Brain Thai are able to notify for the change/return provided that the inspection for proving shall be proceeded
4. Mrken-fan.com shall contact to inform the result of inspection, if it does not contrary with the condition and the new product is available, the preferable channel to change-return for the customer shall be inquired and make an appointment to deliver the product.
5. Do not accept the change-return if the product is used or in the event that the customer claims for the change without any cause from the product itself
**To Change or Claim the products, Customer need to notify the problem within 14 days after received the shipments or services. We can replace the product within 7-14 days or else we can change you another model or cancel an order.
Should the problem and mind change occurred upon the receipt of product and/or service, the Company reserves the rights to consider accepting the return of product, the consideration of Brain Thai shall be deemed final

For the Change-return of product, the customer must contact Courier staff and be responsible for the transportation fee first until the inspection of product and mrken-fan.com's staff shall contact the customer within 7 days

**Refund the price of product and service:
Mrken-fan.com reserves the rights to not refund the price of products and services in Cash for every cases. Mrken-fan.com will refund an amount to customer by these following method:
1. Refund Note: Refund as a coupon to be used as cash for purchasing any branch
2. Transfer into account: Refund to the customer's bank account by return within 15 days after the Company's confirmation to accept the return
11.1 In the event that any mistake has occurred and caused the information related to product and service Purchase Order to be changed from the original information such as unfulfilled and inaccurate product description, etc. Mrken-fan.com has full rights to cancel the Purchase Order at any time.
11.2 In the event that the content or information for fixed period of the sale promotion appeared to be contrary with the Terms and Condition, policy of any service as specified in the Homepro.co.th website. 12.1 In case of any damage to other user/mrken-fan.com website or the Company, the user accepts to be responsible for the actual damage in all aspects.
12.2 In case that the member/user commits or is appeared to have the intention which is contrary to the law and public moral, the Company reserves its rights to withdraw the membership immediately without prior notice and if there is appears any damages, the member/user shall be responsible for such damages.
